We Celebrate Everyone’s Unique Gifts and Talents
No Down Side exists to enrich the lives of people with disabilities and their employers by facilitating and encouraging meaningful employment between the two.
Every person has unique gifts and talents to contribute in order to achieve their employment goals. So, we seek to help individuals reach their goals by featuring information for both prospective employees and employers about the benefits and the processes.
We guide and direct future employers and employees through the discernment process and then connect individuals and businesses. This cultivates a mutually beneficial match between an individual who is ready to work and a company who needs an excellent worker.
In order to diversify the workforce; we invite those with disabilities to consider using their talents to help improve companies, and companies to seek people with disabilities as future employees.
My success just evolved from working hard at the business at hand each day.
I think that my biggest attribute to any success that I have had is hard work. There really is no substitute for working hard.
Employers have recognized for some time that it’s smart business to have a diverse workforce – one in which many views are represented and everyone’s talents are valued. Well, disability is part of diversity
I think every individual has his or her own power, and it’s a matter of working, taking time and defining what that power is.
Your success and happiness lies in you. Resolve to keep happy, and your joy and you shall form an invincible host against difficulties.
